Your room will be ready from 4:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT
Your room must be vacated
no later than 11:00 a.m.
Subject to availability, a late checkout may be possible at an additional cost, please contact Reception. Management reserves the right to charge for any damage to the room.
LUGGAGE AND STORAGE
Our luggage storage service is designed to offer convenience and peace of mind. Upon your arrival, our staff will be happy to take care of your luggage. We also invite you to leave your belongings on the day of your departure if necessary so that you can fully enjoy your last day in Chamonix.
MAGNETIC CARD
Please keep your card and return it to reception on the day of your departure. It will allow you to access your room. This card is presented in the form of a name badge to avoid any theft. If lost, please notify Reception immediately.
Heated ski lockers are also available free of charge during your stay. Please ask Reception for the key.
